Service and operator
WALLROAM (Rakugaki Kabukicho). The operator's legal name, address, and phone number are provided by email on request without delay, including before purchase and in time for an informed decision. Contact: wallroam.support@gmail.com.
Price and payment
Up to three places at a time are free. Each additional place costs US$1 per month including applicable taxes. Repainting the same place is free. The initial payment is due at purchase and renewals are monthly. The management page shows the next billing date. Payment methods, currency, and final total are shown at checkout. Internet access and any payment-provider conversion fees are your responsibility.
Delivery and cancellation
Access begins after payment confirmation. Stop renewal from Your drawings and places before the next billing date. Artwork is hidden when paid access ends. Removing artwork does not cancel its subscription.
Returns and refunds
There are no physical goods to return. Stopping renewal does not automatically provide a refund or a prorated refund. Contact us or Link support about duplicate charges, non-delivery, or other refund requests. Decisions depend on purchase terms, service delivery, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Seller and compatibility
Stripe Managed Payments processes payments; the seller and purchase terms are displayed at checkout. WALLROAM provides the game and manages artwork. A current WebGL-compatible browser and internet connection are required. Try free drawing and movement on your device before purchasing.
