Service and account
WALLROAM is a browser game for exploring a virtual city and leaving artwork. Exploring and viewing artwork do not require sign-in. Sign in with Google or email to save and purchase. Drawings and subscriptions belong to the account used. Do not share accounts or impersonate another person.
Drawings and places
Keep drawings at up to three places at a time for free. Each additional selected place has a separate monthly subscription. Repainting the same subscribed place costs nothing extra. Subscriptions cannot move to another place. You do not purchase real property or an asset redeemable for money.
Free allowance and protecting the city
Accounts registered with aliases of the same personal Gmail inbox share three free places. Existing drawings are not removed solely because of this change. Do not evade free limits with multiple accounts, automate bulk posting, or occupy places to block others. Concentrated activity may temporarily limit saving, with a wait time shown. Removing existing drawings and managing subscriptions remain available.
Price and renewal
The base price is US$1 per place per month, including applicable taxes. Local-currency prices may include a conversion fee. Review the billing currency and final total at checkout. The first payment is due on purchase; subsequent payments recur monthly until renewal is stopped. Tax amounts vary by location.
Stopping renewal and removing artwork
Open the place in Your drawings and places to stop renewal before the next billing date. Artwork is hidden after paid access ends. Removing artwork does not cancel its subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. The seller and purchase terms are shown at checkout. Contact us or Link support about duplicate charges, non-delivery, or other refund requests. Link handles refunds within 60 days of the original transaction in certain cases. Decisions depend on the purchase terms, service delivery, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. A full refund or a lost payment dispute removes publication access for the reversed paid period. Renewal must be stopped separately.
Your artwork and prohibited content
You retain your artwork rights and permit storage, rendering, and display to others as needed to provide the game. Separate permission is required for separate advertising use. Do not post unlawful content, infringement, private information without consent, or harassment. The game does not permit trespass or damage to real buildings. Report a drawing and its location to support. We review reports and may restrict publication or access where necessary.
Minors and service changes
Minors must obtain any required guardian consent before using or purchasing. You must be at least 13 and meet the applicable digital age of consent in your location. If the service closes, renewals will stop and applicable refunds for undelivered paid service will be addressed. Material price or service changes are announced before they apply; already-paid periods will not be unilaterally changed to your disadvantage.
