Information and purposes
We use the verified sign-in email and a site-specific identifier to identify accounts and control access to drawings and subscriptions. An identifier derived from email is still personal information. Drawing strokes, colors, in-game coordinates, timestamps, and drafts support saving, display, editing, and finding artwork. In-game coordinates are not your real-world location. Purchased drawings, places, payment and subscription IDs, status, and access periods support access control, duplicate prevention, and billing support. Support sender details, messages, and necessary attachments are used to respond.
Abuse prevention and reports (added 2026-09-20)
To limit free-allowance evasion and bulk posting, we store account associations with identifiers derived from verified personal Gmail inboxes, operation counts, and reset times. Inbox associations remain while the account is in use. Counters expire within one hour and are deleted on the next signed-in artwork read, report, or operator review. Reports contain the reporting account identifier, artwork location and revision, selected reason, and time. They are retained for up to 90 days and deleted on the next review after expiry. Reporter identifiers are not disclosed to other users. This protection does not use IP addresses or device fingerprints and is not linked to optional usage measurement.
Optional usage measurement (added 2026-09-20)
Only if you allow measurement, we set a browser identifier cookie for 90 days and store return visits, loading, play, drawing and save milestones, traffic category, campaign code, device category, language, game version and times in Cloudflare D1 to improve the game and evaluate campaigns. These records do not contain emails, account IDs, artwork contents, coordinates, IP addresses or full referrer URLs, and are not linked to accounts or subscriptions. Browser identifiers are treated as protected data. The identifier and records expire after 90 days, are immediately excluded from reports, and are deleted on the next measurement or report request. Open Usage measurement from the game help to stop and delete records. Your choice is stored on this device. Declining does not change game features.
Public information
Other users can view drawings left in the city. Do not draw information you want to keep private. Sign-in email addresses are not displayed to others with your artwork.
Providers and international processing
We use OpenAI Sites for hosting, Google Firebase Authentication for Google and email sign-in and authentication emails, Cloudflare D1 for game data, Stripe for payments, and Gmail for support. Verified identity information may link an existing ChatGPT sign-in to your account. Passwords are sent to Firebase and are not stored in the game database. Necessary information is processed in provider facilities and may be processed outside Japan. The game database does not store payment-card numbers or security codes. Provider privacy notices also apply to information they process independently.
Retention and deletion
Artwork is retained during use or until a deletion request is addressed. Removing a drawing from the city does not delete all related data: paid drawings may retain purchase snapshots and subscription records. Drafts may remain until saved or a deletion request is addressed. Billing information is retained as needed for legal retention duties, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes; unnecessary information is deleted. We explain any information that must be retained and why when responding to deletion requests.
Your rights
Contact wallroam.support@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights under applicable law. We verify identity proportionately before responding. Requests for operator details do not require a purchase or identity documents. Where applicable, you may complain to a supervisory authority. We use information as necessary to provide the service, meet legal duties, prevent misuse, and operate safely.
Browser storage and security
Sign-in state, language preferences and temporary game-tab return state are stored in your browser. The game does not implement advertising tracking. The server checks access and verifies payment status with the provider. Authentication cookies and similar features of external services are managed by those providers.
